it rises your vibrational level. The energies are more useful to you, if you remember

the higher spiritual energies in here and get
the negative energies go to the center of the earth

mastery of them. Don't anchor 7th-9th dimensional chakras before
you have passed at least 5th main initiation (monadic merger). Ask your monad to anchor to you. You monad is your God self,

adjuster mentioned in the Urantia book. Before you have
fusiated with your monad, you can channell the monad,
by asking it to connect to you and anchor to you. Ask your monad to cleanse you from negative emotions. Ask your monad to remove all fears and negativeness from you. Ask you monad to remove all bad and negative thoughs from you. Ask purification of the violet flame from archangel Zadkiel
or from St. Germain. If you have negative beings in your field,
ask archangel Michael to remove astral entitys from you.
